Estimates given over the phone are based on the information that the customer provides. Once the Maid arrives at the workplace, if the description of the House/Apartment is too dirty or is bigger than described, the Maid will notifiy the Agency, and the price is subject to change. Depending on the conditions of the place, we have the right to deny doing the job, as it might involve a lot more than just regular cleaning. The Maximum hours a Maid can stay cleaning is 5 hours daily, anything further than that will include additional charges.
