All cleaners that will do commercial cleaning services, will be Uniformed and fully capable. Please find below some examples of the types of cleaning we provide. In the event of a contract, HMS will provide workers to the Company hiring. We will provide the supervision of the cleaning services done by our maids. Estimates given over the phone are based on the information that the customer provides. Once the Maid arrives at the workplace, if the description of the House/Apartment/Office/Building is too dirty or is bigger than described, the Maid will notify the Agency, and the price is subject to change. Depending on the conditions of the place, we have the right to deny doing the job, as it might involve a lot more than just regular cleaning. The Maximum hours a Maid can stay cleaning is 5 hours daily, anything further than that will include additional charges.
